I really cannot agree with you on the paragraph saying It is the mind that suffers.It is the mind that experiences.It is the mind that feels happy or unhappy.MIND is CRAZINESS AND EGO. this is ridiculous .. you cannot ever say that the mind is crazy .. if there's someone who is crazy is who has grown us in such a way. by changing attitude, "craziness and ego" can be eliminated ... i did so to a certain extent and am working to become more concious on this issue. i agree with you regarding meditation since it can be very helpful, especially for stress related factors. yoga is even better, but i personally do not consider going seriously into yoga ... yoga as a regular physical exercise is wonderful and helps against many types of diseases, including chronic diseases, but as a whole, it introduces something which goes against the religion i beleive in. anyway .. keep up the good work on the website .. i hope to have some time soon to download and listen to your music ...
